Job summary
The CANS Assessor conducts comprehensive assessments to support individualized service planning for children and youth in community-based care.Responsibilities
- Schedules coordinates conducts the CANS assessment interviews.
- Interview all required participants including the child when verbal their permanency worker and caregiver as applicable.
- Provide input recommendations on current policies processes to ensure a smooth transition to the T3C System.
