- Assist CEO with internal and external communication by drafting and designing general correspondences, formal business correspondences, internal memos, and mass emails. This includes proof reading for spelling, grammar, and layout, making appropriate changes as well as being responsible for the accuracy and clarity of the final copy.
- Assist CEO with scheduling and preparation for meetings, travel, expense reports, written business communications, research, projects, and business reports.
- Act as a liaison with other departments and outside agencies.
- Prepare agendas and make arrangements for meetings. Compile and distribute meeting materials. Attend meetings as requested in order to record and distribute minutes.
- Responsible for corporate record keeping and maintenance of all Board of Directors records.
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2 years experience in similar role desired. Experience in health care setting preferred.
