On behalf of a nursing facility in Rahlstedt Hamburg, we are looking for a facility manager (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities:

You lead the facility while maintaining economic considerations and adhering to internal company guidelines
As a leader, you sensitively motivate your employees, attract new ones, and retain them sustainably
You ensure the continuous development of existing quality standards
Ensuring occupancy and utilization of the facility
Representing the facility internally and externally
Maintaining contact with funding agencies, authorities, and offices

Your qualifications:

Qualification as a nursing home manager according to HeimPersV with corresponding recognition
If possible, a degree in nursing/healthcare management
Ideally, a staterecognized training as a specialist in healthcare and social services
Professional experience as a facility and/or nursing service manager in facilities for elderly care
Strong communication skills and a confident appearance with social and communication competence
Business understanding
Good knowledge of common IT/administration and patient data management systems
Willingness to travel and temporary relocation
