- Engage proactively with customers across various channels, including phone calls, chats, SMS texts, emails, and social media to drive sales and address inquiries.
- Collaborate closely with other departments to prioritize and expedite sales orders.
- Implement effective sales strategies and techniques to maximize revenue generation and customer satisfaction.
- Advocate and uphold safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment for all.
- Support fulfillment processes through coordination with common carriers.
- Adapt to a dynamic work environment, meeting deadlines and maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.
- Physical requirements may include bending, stooping, lifting, and carrying up to 80 lbs.
- 1+ Year Sales Experience
- 1+ Year Customer Service experience
- Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, Zendesk, Hubspot, or Gorgias
- Capable of managing 30 or more calls daily.
- Prior experience in sales, particularly in e-commerce or related fields (2-3 Years).
- Background in defense, military, law enforcement, tactical products, or firearms.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and procedures.
- Competitive base pay with the opportunity to earn 1% of eligible sales after 90 days of probation.
- 14 days of paid time off annually.

Role Overview:
We seek a highly sales focused and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Success Representative. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing the best possible information to our customers as they navigate the critical and technical aspects of our products. If you thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and have a keen eye for detail, this role is for you. We consider success a team sport and look to each other for support daily and expect everyone capable of stepping up to a challenge to do so. This means you should not be surprised if you are shoulder to shoulder with our CEO or executive team packing boxes to be shipped to those who may need our products most.
