Patriot Pool and Spa is hiring a Client Success Specialist-Inventory to join its Austin, Texas office

We seek a friendly professional to join our team to answer and attend to customer service calls.

This position requires someone who
_ "smiles over the phone"_ and has experience and willingness to deal with various customer calls.

General administrative duties may also be included in this role as needed.


Essential Functions:

  • Provide friendly and timely customer serviceCustomercentric
  • Performs front desk, including triage of calls and switchboard
  • Sells products and services to customers with the support of Service and Repair teams
  • Creates invoices and takes payments using company software
  • Maintains accurate customer files
  • Track lead sources of all customers
  • Assist operational roles with customer contact and followup
  • Creates and sends out quotes to customers
  • Take deposits for large repair jobs
  • Update expired autopay information in appropriate systems
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Education, Licensure, and Experience Requirements:


  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
  • At least 1year experience in an office environment
  • Previous experience in the service industry is a plus
  • Experience working in a fastpaced and highly crossfunctional organization
  • Familiarity with pool service language and equipment is a plus

Valid Driver's License, 3 years of verifiable driving history, and clean driving record

Environmental Conditions:


General Office Environment:
The noise level in an office environment is generally quiet.

Outdoor Service Environment:
The position will be exposed to various work conditions in various client settings. Indoor conditions may include dust, heat, cold, noise, etc.

Outdoor conditions may include exposure to the outdoor elements, seasonal weather, damp and/or dusty locations, freezing conditions, and hot conditions.

The noise level in the work environment is moderate.


Physical Requirements:

If performing office duties, the Employee must sit, stand, hear, and use hands to operate all office equipment. The employee must also view computer monitors for long periods of time. Vision requirements include close vision and the ability to adjust focus. The employee will occasionally be required to lift, generally no more than 25 pounds.

At client locations:

While performing the duties of the position, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, climb, bend, kneel, reach with hands and arms, crouch, crawl, twist, push/pull, lift/carry on a regular basis up to 15 lbs.

throughout the day, lift/carry occasionally lift up to 50 lbs., hand, eye, and foot coordination.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus—the ability to swim, as this position may work near swimming pools.
