Overview:
We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as a Live In-Home Caregivers.

As a caregiver, you will provide essential assistance to individuals in need, supporting their daily activities and enhancing their quality of life in a group home setting.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Provide medication reminders and assist with medication administration
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals according to dietary needs
• Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment
• Engage clients in meaningful activities and companionship
• Transport clients to appointments, errands, or social outings
• Follow care plans and communicate effectively with healthcare professionals

Requirements:

• Experience in caregiving, assisted living, or healthcare settings is preferred
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and assist with mobility as needed
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and maintaining client confidentiality
• Familiarity with meal preparation and dietary restrictions
• Understanding of working with individuals with autism or other special needs
• Strong interpersonal skills and empathy towards clients
• Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screenings
