    Position Overview:
    We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive new business development initiatives for HireVenture. This role is pivotal in expanding our client base and fostering long-term relationships with key stakeholders.

    The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue strategic opportunities, leveraging their expertise in HR consulting and talent acquisition to meet client needs effectively.


    Responsibilities:
    Utilize all tools and marketing materials provided by HireVenture, ensuring your success with top-of-the-line resources. At HireVenture, we stand behind our talent and equip you with everything you need to excel in your role.
    Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to acquire new clients and expand market presence.
    Identify and prioritize target industries, sectors, and potential clients aligned with HireVenture's service offerings.
    Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, HR professionals, and C-suite executives through networking, outreach, and relationship-building activities.
    Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling sales collateral, presentations, and proposals tailored to client needs.
    Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for growth.
    Lead negotiations, contract discussions, and pricing strategies to secure new business partnerships.
    Act as a brand ambassador for HireVenture, representing the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
    Track and report on sales metrics, pipeline activity, and progress towards business development goals.

    Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
    Proven track record of success in new business development, preferably within the HR consulting or talent acquisition industry.
    Strong understanding of HR services, including Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), Direct Hire solutions, and Contract/Temporary placements.
    Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    Ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
    Demonstrated ability to think strategically and identify innovative solutions to meet client needs.
    Willingness to travel as needed.

    Compensation:
    This role is a 1099 position with a generous commission-based compensation.
