What challenges await you?
✓ You will lead national or international measures to ensure product quality
✓ You will also be responsible for series support regarding all relevant quality aspects, including change and deviation management, as well as moderating risk assessments
✓ You will monitor internal error events, including data analysis and reporting in various quality control cycles
✓ You will be responsible for tracking, improving, and reporting on quality metrics and will be the point of contact for national and international subsidiaries, leading 8D teams for escalated quality issues
✓ You will also be responsible for analyzing customer complaints related to production and deriving measures
✓ You will create and maintain production control plans (Control Plan)
✓ You will plan and coordinate customer acceptance tests (FAT = Factory Acceptance Test)
✓ Q-method training and internal product audits are also part of your responsibilities

What do we expect from you?
✓ You have completed a degree in engineering or mechatronics or have a master's degree in these fields
