Huawei's Munich Research Center is seeking a RF System Expert to join our Terminal Antenna RF team. This team is responsible for researching new technology and delivering solutions for next generation consumer products such as smartphones and smartwatches. We are looking for someone with a strong background in RF system engineering and a passion for driving technology breakthroughs in terminals.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a senior system engineering leadership position within RF Terminal or a RF chipset development organization. They should have a track record of delivering innovative solutions for next generation products and the ability to envision the future and lead technical teams. Additionally, they should have a network of technology partnerships with OEMs and academic institutions in Europe.

Your mission

Create new innovative ideas and major IPRs for terminal front-end solutions in mm-Wave and sub-6GHz fields.

Support the technical planning and implementation of terminal RF and Power Management concepts in 5G technology and beyond.

Translate system requirements into subblock specifications for Antennas, RF Filters, Power amplifiers, Power Management, LNA's and RF switches.

Guide concept design and development of the next generation of HUAWEI device products by leading the concept benchmark and verification through system
