OUR CLIENT

The Kulmbacher Brewery AG is a traditional brewery that has stood for outstanding quality and tradition in the German brewing industry since its founding in 1846. With a wide range of beer specialties, the Kulmbacher Brewery offers a diverse selection for beer lovers. As part of a reorganization, this position is being created to consolidate overall responsibility for the filling and packaging area in a single role.

YOUR NEW CHALLENGE

  • You lead, motivate and develop your approximately 70 employees at five filling lines in multi-shift operation
  • You ensure compliance with quality, hygiene, occupational safety and product availability
  • You develop and implement sustainability strategies for resource conservation and efficiency improvement
  • You are responsible for proper maintenance as well as documentation and evaluations

WHAT YOU BRING

  • You have production experience in the food industry (liquid products) as well as with lean and TPM tools
  • You have a degree in brewing, beverage or food technology or a comparable background
  • You are a confident, communicative personality with an entrepreneurial mindset and a structured, proactive, goal- and results-oriented approach
