Holiday Inn Express & Suites is an award winning hotel and we are looking for a person with a can do attitude that would like to join our team We currently have a part time Guest Service / Front Desk Representative position available MUST BE ABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS and primarily PM SHIFTS If you have hotel experience, possess a great attitude, have attention to detail and excellent customer service, then we are looking for you


Job Requirements:
Greet all guests and check in arrivals informing them of the properties amenities

Check out guests and verify how their stay was

Answer incoming calls and make reservations according to their needs

Respond to in house guest inquiries, concerns and complaints as needed

Balance and complete all daily end of shift work

Post valet laundry and suite shop charges on guests folios

Schedule and verify guest wake-up calls

Check reservations for the day the the following days and make sure they are set up properly

Communicate with housekeeping any changes or guest requests

Make coffee and keep hot water container filled for guests

Stock key packets, key cards, paper, pens and any necessary front desk supplies

Create access code labels for the guest wifi connection and prepare key packets

Do property walks throughout the shift making sure everything is in order

Guest Service Experience Required and Opera Experience is preferred

Hours:
Weekday / Weekends Required. Shift Varies 7am - 3pm or 3pm -11pm
