The Group Facilitator is responsible for conducting educational group sessions with our clients and supporting the mission of our organization.
Responsibilities/Qualifications:
- Provide education, process and supportive groups within organization.
- Provide support to our population in regard to substance abuse.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal laws concerning execution of all tasks.
- Responsible for documenting all group notes into the EMR system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with deadlines set forth by governing and accreditation agency.
- Develop appropriate group sessions in which are approved by management prior to sessions.
- Address all cares and concerns related to the client to the medical and/or clinical team as needed.
- Ensure that the safety of the client is always our priority.
- Any other duties as instructed by management.
- Acquire and maintain all CEU, CPR, trainings, etc. as required by DMHA and JCAHO.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work or other related field.
- A minimum of 2 years in the related field
Pay:
$ $22.00 per hour
