For the Sales and Consulting division, we are currently looking for an Incident/Order Manager for our Service Center (m/f/d) at our locations in Münster, Hannover, or Frankfurt am Main.

Your responsibilities:

  • Ensuring customer-oriented and timely processing of incidents
  • Monitoring, qualifying, tracking, and resolving incident tickets
  • Identifying process improvements within work processes
  • Supporting projects for existing customers (rollout and operations projects)
  • Point of contact for orders from the Service Center Sparkassen
  • Independent planning and coordination of customer orders
  • Managing external service providers and communicating with customers and internal service units
