- Orthopedics screening practice- focusing on patients referred from the ED for evaluation
- Sports Medicine Practice- patients referred from primary or from orthopedics for non-operativemusculoskeletal care.
- Teaching and direct supervision of care provided by orthopedics and internal medicine residents.
- Conferences to primary care providers on musculoskeletal medicine.
- To assist with, facilitate, and perform work pertaining to continuous quality improvement
- To provide complete documentation in the computerized medical record
- To provide on-call services by phone based on scheduled rotation
- To conduct clinic business and patient care responsibilities in accordance with the policies and procedures of Kings County Hospital
- To adhere to performance improvement standards and clinical guidelines of the ambulatory carepractice
- To attend the weekly Grand RoundsQualifications
- Board Certification or Eligibility in Sports Medicine
- Possess or eligible for a New York State Medical License
- Graduated of an approved Medical School
- Proof of Covid-19 vaccination is required prior to hireBenefits include:
