We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as a Medical Scribe.

As a Medical Scribe, you will work closely with healthcare providers to accurately document patient encounters and assist with medical documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately transcribe medical records and patient encounters
• Document patient history, physical exams, and treatment plans
• Enter information into electronic medical record (EMR) systems
• Assist healthcare providers with navigating EMR systems
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure accurate and complete documentation
• Provide administrative support to healthcare providers as needed Qualifications:
• Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology
• Previous experience working in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred
• Excellent typing skills with the ability to type quickly and accurately
• Proficient in using computer systems and EMR software
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
