Job Summary:

Responsibilities:


  • Conduct property tours for potential residents and showcase available units
  • Utilize upselling techniques to maximize revenue
  • Maintain accurate records of all leasing activities
  • Assist in the preparation of leasing agreements and contracts
  • Provide administrative support by handling data entry tasks
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to address resident concerns promptly

Skills:


  • Proficiency in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
  • Experience in file and contract management
  • Demonstrated sales and upselling abilities
  • Administrative skills to handle paperwork efficiently
  • Knowledge of LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) regulations is a plus
  • Familiarity with Yardi or similar property management software
  • Legal administrative knowledge is beneficial

Pay:
$ $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
