Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing. Requires minimum two (2) years experience as a Registered Nurse. Preferred in psychiatric nursing. Knowledge of current nursing procedures, the nursing process, medications and the correct administration. Previous management experience required.
License/Certification :
Currently licensed in the State of Ohio as an RN, current CPR certification. Current CPI certification or obtain certificate in first 30 days of employment.
This is a full-time position, which will include weekends and holidays.
Previous experience in a mental health or substance abuse treatment facility preferred, but we will train the right person.
This individual must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Diplomacy and discretion are essential, as well as excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple projects. Professional demeanor and appearance required.
Position requires the ability to work productively and independently. Must follow the security and confidentiality guidelines as well as the policies and procedures of Arrowhead Behavioral Health.
