You will work as part of our core consulting team working closely withour clients on challenging and rewarding engagements. You will also help us tobuild our US practice by supporting rewarding internal initiatives, generatingtangible outcomes.

    What you will be doing

    You will help our clients in establishing and deeply embedding industrystandard Data Management practices, frameworks, platforms, and processes whilealigning to their data, technology, business strategies and regulatory agenda.

    You will be part of engagement teams that advise clients in planning andimplementing governance and control over data domains, including defining operatingmodel (organization, roles, responsibilities) and control processes forensuring accountability for data quality/integrity across the organization.

    You will be helping clients in areas such as (but not limited to) DataGovernance, Metadata Management, Data Architecture, Data Modelling, DataQuality, Document and Content Management, Master Data Management, Open Data,Personal Data Protection, Data Security

    You will run workshops with key client stakeholders from both businessesand technology teams, as well as other partners and vendors in engagements.

    You will help clients in all aspects of data controls such as improvingdata quality, establishing mapping and lineage across the data supply-chain,and lead initiatives to resolve long-standing quality issues through datacontrols testing.

    You will work on business development activities including proposalbuilding and be part of oral presentations with prospective client. Have anopportunity to work as part of a team with direct access to senior leadershipand subject matter experts.

    Your skills and experience

    4+ years of relevant data management consulting or industry experience (master data, metadate, data architecture, data governance, data lineage, data quality, data modelling, data standards, data strategy)

    Experience leading and delivering complex data related engagements

    Experience in participating in the sales cycle, including identifying client opportunities, and driving efforts to develop proposal content for client discussions

    Must have strong consulting experience in data management within Financial Services with a focus in Finance, Risk and Compliance functions

    Experience in implementation of data-focused regulations such as BSBC239, GDPR, CCPA, DCAM and CCAR

    Experience in key areas of data management including data architecture, data quality, data privacy


    Good understanding of business intelligence tools, data warehouses, master data management, data integration, documents and content, data modelling and design, ML/Big Data, analytics and dashboarding.

    Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
