Job in Zurich:
As an ICT specialist, you will work in the IT Operations team. The Operations team focuses on maintaining and operating IT infrastructure solutions. In the Service Desk, you will answer technical questions and resolve IT infrastructure issues for our existing customers. The support cases are challenging and require extensive IT knowledge.

Independently or as part of a team, you will identify the causes of disruptions and define and implement technical solutions.

Your work enables the smooth operation of IT infrastructures.

The diverse and demanding range of tasks allows you to further develop within the team and take on more responsibility for technical tasks over time.
