- Monday - Friday School starts at 8:20am - 5:15pm
- Year-round
- At least 3 years past experience teaching groups of children ages 4-8 years old
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable means of transportation
- A great communicator with children and adults, and able to build lasting relationships
- Patient, creative, energetic, kind and loving
- Able to provide a positive educational environment for the children to learn and grow
- Is computer savvy and can update online classroom pages
- Looking for long term employment with a great group of co-workers (it's like a family here)
- Passionate about education and teaching
- Develop and implement lesson plans that meet education standards
- Facilitate classroom activities and discussions
- Willing to train in-house on how to drive a 12-person passenger van for student field trips
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback
- Maintain student records, including attendance and grades
- Communicate with parents about student progress
- Utilize technology to enhance learning and teaching
- Participate in professional development activities

The campus is located in the beautiful beachside community of Clearwater, Florida. Delphi Florida is one of several schools in the Delphian School network, a group of independent schools sharing uniquely developed curriculum and teaching methods.
Our exceptional teachers complete specialized training and certification to teach at Delphi. In addition to any previous teaching experience and credentials, they are fully trained in the teaching methods used at the school as well as the curriculum and full Delphi program.
Our Teachers also have one or more of the following:
Bachelor's Degree or higher in any subject
Three or more years of K-12th grade teaching
Special skills, knowledge or expertise that qualifies them to provide instruction in K-12th grade subject
