    We are looking for an Associate, Middle Office Representative I to join our team in Lake Mary, Florida (HYBRID/REMOTE).

    In this role, you will:

    • Perform reviews of complex documents to ensure compliance with established processes.
    • Independently handle tasks supporting accounting, trading, and client services activities.
    • Identify process inefficiencies and provide error reports to clients within service level agreements.
    • Prepare system-generated reports comprising advanced data sets and perform data validation and reconciliation.

    To excel in this position, we require:

    • High school education or equivalent, Bachelor's degree is a plus.
    • Preferably 2-3 years of work experience, especially in accounting support or the mutual fund industry.
