Customer Service Representative - Pasadena, United States - Texas TransEastern Inc. ND

Description

This position is located in Pasadena, TX and will be required to work our
FRIDAY - MONDAY** schedule, shifts are 8-10 hours.

• Retrieves source files and works from the data system each day
• Verifies accuracy of billing data, correcting any errors
• Generates billing document with a minimum of 200 loads per days.
• Resolves minor processing problems; seeks assistance from supervisor or other appropriate staff for issues beyond immediate expertise
• Performs other related duties, as assigned

• Work is performed while sitting at a desk and working on a computer for prolonged periods of time.
• Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision and hearing.
• Requires the use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Excellent and precise data entry and typing skills
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
