Are you looking for an apprenticeship where you can showcase your cooking skills and business understanding? Then you've come to the right place As a specialist in system gastronomy (m/f/d), you will learn how to successfully run a restaurant and be part of our team from day one.

The daily work in system gastronomy is different every day:

accepting and checking food and non-food products, processing food, and advising customers are just a small part of the tasks of a specialist in system gastronomy (m/f/d).

The job also includes creating menus, booking invoices, and conducting calculations.

During the apprenticeship, you will not only get to know the customer restaurant, the Illy Bar, and the staff canteen behind the scenes, but also gain insights into the entire gastronomy management.

Areas such as the human resources department, accounts receivable accounting, accounts payable accounting, and operations accounting are also part of your training.

You will also learn about the structure and organization of trade gastronomy for our in-house trade fairs.

As you can see, the job of a specialist in system gastronomy (m/f/d) with us is much more than just serving and cashiering, but covers all work processes in gastronomy, including those that customers may not be aware of.
