- patients, providers, payors, and regulators to achieve the best clinical outcomes.
You Will:
- Work and communicate with radiologists providing RIS support, as needed.
- Work with the System Solutions Team to implement and adjust workflows to improve efficiencies in case distribution and management.
- Manage all radiologist worklists including but not limited to: All Problem, All Pending Dictation, Critical Results, All Pending, and All Suspended. Escalating concerns as needed
- Collaborate with Clinical System Solution Teams to test and implement new software and functionalities related to radiologist workflows.
- Present findings and recommendations as part of workflow and software implementation.
- Answers incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner; following established protocols.
- Call referring physicians to assist radiologist with delivering critical results findings, following established protocols.
- Participate in various projects and/or meetings, and complete other tasks as assigned by management.
- Provide coverage for all positions within case management and reporting division as needed.

To Ensure Success in This Role, You Must Have:
- Bachelor's Degree in clinical or science-related area or equivalent work experience preferred
- Two (2) years in Health Care communications and/or customer service work experience preferred.
- Multivendor IS experience with RIS/PACS.
- Demonstrate strong customer service, multitasking, critical thinking, persuasion and analytical abilities, with superior communication and interpersonal skill.
- Able to exercise a high degree of initiative, judgment, discretion and decision making to achieve organizational objectives.
- High level of proficiency and demonstrated effectiveness in problem determination and resolution.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products.
Pay Range:
USD $ USD $20.00 /per hour Shift:
Midday Shift Variations:
Monday - Friday 2:30pm - 11:00pm PST
