    Client Service Associate

    HOURS: 8:30am - 4:30pm (Monday -Friday)

    PAY RATE: $20-21/hr. DOE

    CPS Recruitment is partnering with a successful financial organization in East Syracuse, NY to find a Client Service Associate to become a vital part of their team

    This is a temp-to-hire role that offers opportunities for growth and advancement Great benefits including paid time off and retirement plan once hired on.

    Duties & responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

    • Greet visitors and answer phones in a professional and courteous manner
    • Prepare and process all outgoing mail / distribute incoming mail
    • Data Entry and filing
    • Schedule appointments and prepare forms
    • Update and maintain management system
    • Maintain and order office supplies
    • Ongoing training
    • Other duties as assigned

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Associates degree and 1-year of related experience
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
    • Ability to multi-task and be detail-oriented
