Our Accounts Receivable team is looking to fill a Full-Time entry-level Subrogation Collector Specialist position in our Bloomington, IL office.

Our Collectors start with a base pay of $18.20 an hour ($19.20 if bilingual in Spanish) along with uncapped commissions.


Wilber is looking for professional individuals to join our Great Place to Work Certified office This position best suits a person with strong attention to detail, enjoys working in an office setting, strong communication skills, able to deescalate conflict, and well organized.


Must have a high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities:


  • Take/Place calls to claimants
  • Find solutions and recover assets for clients
  • Provide clarity on filed claims and answer any inquiries from customers
  • Successfully notate files of conversations had and payments received
