Payroll Clerk (m/f/d)

Your new job

  • You will ensure timely preparation of payroll for our employees
  • Handling various personnel administration tasks
  • General correspondence with employees and authorities falls within your responsibilities
  • You will issue certificates (e.g. for health insurance and employment agencies)
  • Preparation of A1 certificates is also part of your duties
  • You will ensure timely reimbursement of travel expenses and other costs
  • You will maintain personnel files
  • You will provide support during company audits

Is this you?

  • You have completed training as a tax clerk (m/f/d) or a commercial apprenticeship with additional training in payroll and accounting
  • You have relevant work experience in payroll / payroll accounting
  • You have uptodate knowledge of tax and social security law
  • You are reliable, structured, and able to work independently, and you are a team player
  • You are not afraid of new digital possibilities and are open to them
