    Job Title: Special Education Teacher

    Location:New Hampshire

    Position Type:Full-Time 37.5 hours

    Salary: Competitive, commensurate with experience

    Job Description:

    We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Special Education Teacher to join our team. As a Special Education Teacher, you will be responsible for creating and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs, collaborating with other educators and specialists, and fostering a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement IEPs for students with diverse learning needs
    • Plan and deliver effective instruction tailored to individual student abilities
    • Collaborate with parents, teachers, and support staff to ensure student success
    • Use data-driven strategies to assess student progress and adjust instructional strategies as needed
    • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and growth
    • Stay current with best practices in special education and participate in professional development activities

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field (Master's degree preferred)
    • Valid state teaching license/certification in Special Education
    • Experience working with students with diverse learning needs
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills
    • Ability to create and implement effective IEPs
    • Commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment
