    Job Description

    Client Relationship Consultants are dedicated to building lasting relationships with customers through various channels, such as in-person, appointments, and virtual interactions. They prioritize providing sound advice with a digital-first approach. By focusing on trust, understanding customers' banking requirements, and offering tailored solutions based on individual goals, they ensure a high-quality client experience.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Engage clients through proactive outreach and personalized follow-ups
    • Assess and fulfill clients' banking needs
    • Provide information on deposit and loan products
    • Recommend solutions aligned with clients' objectives
    • Collaborate with team members to optimize client service
    • Educate clients on digital banking solutions

    This role involves registration under the National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS), governed by the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z. Candidates will undergo a registration process that includes a criminal background and credit check. Failure to meet NMLS requirements may impact employment status.

    Client Relationship Consultant 1

    Basic Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • 1-3 years of customer service experience
    • 1-3 years of sales experience

    Preferred Skills/Experience

    • Ability to build strong client relationships
    • Effective communication skills
    • Understanding of retail banking products
    • Customer service and problem-solving abilities
    • Proficiency in sales techniques
    • Financial services industry experience

    Client Relationship Consultant 2

    Basic Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • 3-4 years of customer service experience
    • 3-4 years of sales experience

    Preferred Skills/Experience

    • Advanced relationship-building skills
    • In-depth knowledge of retail banking
    • Participation in sales campaigns
    • Experience mentoring junior staff

    Client Relationship Consultant 3

    Basic Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • 4-5 years of customer service experience
    • 4-5 years of sales experience

    Preferred Skills/Experience

    • Advanced client engagement abilities
    • Supervisory experience
    • Comprehensive knowledge of financial products
    • Sales promotional experience

    Client Relationship Consultant 4

    Basic Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • 5+ years of customer service experience
    • 5+ years of sales experience

    Preferred Skills/Experience

    • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
    • Advanced knowledge of retail banking
    • Supervisory experience
    • Involvement in sales promotions
