    Full-time Continuity Physician - Adult Primary Care (IM/FM)

    The Colorado Permanente Medical Group is seeking a board certified or board eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physicians to join the primary care department at our Lakewood Medical Office in Colorado.
