Brewer Payroll / Compensation Team Leader (m/f/d)

We are currently seeking a Brewer Payroll / Compensation Team Leader (m/f/d) to join our human resources department on a permanent basis, starting immediately or at a later date. The position can be filled with a minimum of 30 hours per week, but we also welcome full-time applicants with 39 hours per week.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Managing and ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing for all employees, in compliance with company, collective bargaining, tax, and social security regulations, with your team of 7 employees
  • Participation in daily operations and support for a designated group of employees
  • Independent implementation of projects
  • Serving as a knowledgeable point of contact for all payroll-related inquiries from employees and managers
  • Working closely with the executive board as a deputy to the head of human resources
  • Acting as a liaison with our external service providers for payroll software (KIDICAP)
We expect you to have:
  • A degree in business administration and/or a vocational training in human resources, or equivalent
  • Several years of experience in payroll processing, preferably with leadership experience
  • In-depth knowledge of social security and income tax laws, as well as collective bargaining agreements (preferably AVR-Caritas)
