WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Your Responsibilities:

Identifying Needs: Conducting needs and potential analyses within our consulting approach, always tailored to the individual life situation of our customers/prospects

Advising People: Providing advice to an existing customer base and acquiring new customers for one or more of the following product areas: loans, checking accounts, cards, and retirement planning

Delighting Customers: Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships, including independently scheduling customer appointments and recommending suitable additional products

Living a Risk Culture: Continuously developing and maintaining a sense of responsibility in proactively managing risks within the bank


Your Profile:

-
Knowing the Right Things: Commercial education, preferably in the banking sector, e.g. as a bank clerk, or a comparable education
-
Being Able to Do the Important Things: Knowledge and experience in one or more of the above-mentioned product areas, or the willingness to familiarize oneself with them
-
Bringing the Necessary Qualities: Enjoyment of strong teamwork, close customer contact, and professional service
-
Having Something Special: Intuition for people and their needs, combined with talent and passion for sales - including everything that comes with it: consulting with needs analysis, recommendations, and closing, as well as customer support
