YOUR ROLE

Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to drive the growth and development of a successful SaaS startup as a (Senior) Software Developer (m/w/d)? At Probonio, you have the chance to bring your passion for software development and create innovative solutions. In a dynamic environment, you will have a diverse role, focusing on designing and optimizing our HR software.

You will work closely with our development team and other departments to improve our existing software and develop new features. Our main focus is on continuous improvement and innovation to provide our customers with maximum efficiency and functionality.

YOUR TASKS

  • Develop a modern SaaS cloud platform and support the development of the benefits app in a team
  • Digitize employee benefits
  • Actively participate in architecture decisions and code reviews
  • Work in a Scrum team and contribute to the continuous improvement of agile development processes
  • Evaluate new technologies and frameworks and maintain current knowledge
