    Description
    Celebrated chef Peter Chang is bringing his renowned SzeChuan Chinese Cuisine to Crystal City near Amazon's headquarters. NiHao will be the 15th restaurant in Peter Chang's Food Group.

    NiHao will be an all-day modern Chinese concept that will highlight Sichuan cuisine through shareable plates that leads into Chang's signature use of peppers and spice.

    We are focused on our customers having a unique authentic Chinese cuisine Experience.

    Bartender is an essential part of the NiHao's team. If you would like to be a part of a growing restaurant group and work with some of the best hospitality and culinary professionals, we would love to meet you


    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Previous experience in casual to finedining settings (nice but not essential)
    • A passion for food, beverage, and craft cocktail knowledge
    • Setup, breakdown and maintain a clean and stocked bar by executing all opening, running and closing sidework. This includes, but is not limited to, prepping garnishes, folding napkins, wiping down all bottles, restocking.
    • The ability to multitask while demonstrating grace under pressure
    • The ability to anticipate and exceed varying guests needs
    • A positive, upbeat attitude and the desire to provide excellent hospitality
    • A teamplayer mentality
    • Excitement to learn about and educate guests on our food, beer, wine, and liquor program
    • Ability to provide guests with a true dining experience rather than a just another meal
    • Desire to be part of an environment foundered on growth, education, and development
