  • Support, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of IT equipment
  • Onsite and remote ticket processing
  • Assisting the company with daily IT tasks and troubleshooting
  • Creating reports, documentation, and analyses

You bring with you:


  • You have completed an IT training or have comparable qualifications
  • Knowledge of Windows 7/10 and related Office applications
  • Android and iOS
  • Experience with setting up, configuring, replacing, and troubleshooting PC and laptop hardware components
