Accounting Clerk/Document Specialist


Entry level employment opportunity available to individual who wants to work in a professional business office and develop skills to obtain a strong foundation in office practices and progress in the administrative field.


Part-time
to Full-Time (including seasonal) positions


All positions require ability to work scheduled hours between 8 AM to 6 PM as needed to meet deadlines (including some weekend hours dependent on workload).

Hourly wage is $17.00 to $20.00 per hour.


Primary responsibilities include:
- preparing and collating reports
- maintaining client files (creating, copying, scanning and filing)
- assisting staff members as needed and running errands on occasion


This position is ideal for an individual who is able to work independently, is a self-starter, organized, detail-oriented and possesses strong work ethics and communication skills.


Applicants
must have the following requirements:


  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Three years business office experience/environment
  • Basic skills with Windows 10, 2016 MS Office Applications i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Typing 40 wpm


  • Communication Skills

  • Ability to take and relay detailed information accurately
  • Organizational skills
  • Drivers License
