    Multifamily Director of Operations

    Growing multifamily property management company seeks an experienced, business-oriented individual to help grow the team and the company. Being a growing company, this person must be comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced environment.

    What we expect from you:

    - Strong and nurturing leadership for 50+ team members with different levels of education and background.

    - Passionate about cultivating relationships, educating people and helping them grow

    - Highest level of organization and project management skills

    - Overseeing Staffing & Operations of several large multifamily properties

    - Understanding of Multifamily KPIs

    - Work with our accountant to audit Financials & Budgets for the properties

    - Assist implementing best practices and procedures for property management

    - Supervises all on-site staff, including hiring, training, supervision, scheduling, and corrective measures.

    - Mentor and train the staff on property management skills and concepts modeling effective leasing and customer service techniques to include maintenance expectations.

    - Motivate, direct and evaluate personnel and handle all employee related concerns.

    - Delegate staff responsibilities and maintain set deadlines to be efficient and effective with property objectives.

    - Ensure leasing staff develops knowledge of community and competitive communities.

    - Oversee and manage multiple construction and property improvement projects.

    What we are looking for:

    • Individuals with several years of experience in large multifamily properties in a supervisory position
    • Individuals looking to help grow a company by sharing their vision and creativity
    • Must be a people-person and have a can-do attitude
    • Very proficient with MS Office, MS Teams, Project Management tools, online marketing and having the ability to learn new software and technology. Experience with AppFolio a plus.
    • Business or Finance Degree Preferred
    • Ability to speak Spanish a plus
