We are looking for a Part Time Hotel Front Desk clerk to serve as our guests' first point of contact.

This is a seasonal summer position that is perfect for someone that is interested in a second job or a part time summer job.

The Hotel Front Desk Agent responsibilities include registering guests, managing reservations and providing information about rooms, rates and amenities. If you have a knack for customer service we'd like to meet you. Ultimately, you will help create a pleasant and memorable stay for our guests.


Responsibilities

• Perform all checkin and checkout tasks
• Manage online and phone reservations
• Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data
• Register guests collecting necessary information (like contact details and exact dates of their stay)
• Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms
• Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities
• Communicate with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fullyfurnished to accommodate guests' needs,
• Maintain updated records of bookings and payments.
• Inform customers of rental boat details and take boat reservations.
• Take payment in gift shop

Skills

• Customer service attitude

• Some Basic Computer knowledge and experience
• Able to work the hours of 39pm.
• Must be able to work weekends
