Are you an exceptionally organized person who thrives in high-energy, creative, and community-driven environments? We are seeking a Part-Time Personal Assistant to support a dynamic entrepreneur in Long Beach, California.

As part owner of various ventures including a local rental company, a yacht maintenance company, and soon-to-be-launched 710 Adventure, this entrepreneur needs a reliable assistant to help manage her busy schedule and various responsibilities.

• Provide support to the CEO at Long Beach Waterbikes, including scheduling, occasional childcare, employee checkins, and administrative tasks.
• Assist with marketing/pr strategy and coordination at a local yacht maintenance company.
• Aid in building out her newest venture, 710 Adventure, including preparing sales, rentals, and experience bookings online and at her brick and mortar in Long Beach.
• Help coordinate and manage her schedule and coordinate family's schedule, appointments, and meetings.
• Attend association and networking events as needed.
• Handle correspondence, including responding to inquiries and following up on donation requests from local nonprofits, schools and other entities.
• Assist with social media management, content collection, and scheduling.
• Assist in managing beach apartments in Long Beach, California, including handling inquiries, bookings, and occasional property maintenance.
• Perform other administrative and organizational tasks as needed at her various companies and properties.

• Detailoriented with exceptional organizational skills.
• Excellent time management abilities and punctuality.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Trustworthy and capable of maintaining confidentiality.
• Proficient in social media platforms.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with spreadsheet software.
• Graphic design and web development skills are a plus.
• Must be willing to sign a nondisclosure agreement (NDA).

• Parttime position: 3 days/week.
• Location: Long Beach, California.
• Starting hourly: $22/hour.
• Onthejob social media training provided.
• Opportunity to work closely with the entrepreneur on various aspects of her life and businesses.

• 4 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
