SciNova is partnering exclusively with a world-leading Biotech company that specializes in developing groundbreaking vaccines and treatments for life-threatening diseases. We are currently seeking a Head of Manufacturing to lead the scaling of our brand new GMP facility in Munich. This role will involve planning and commissioning the site, as well as building and managing the entire team.

Role responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to support the commissioning phase of the site, including subcontractors, finance, supply chain, and plant engineering.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for all Biotech manufacturing processes during the commissioning phase.
  • Create qualification and validation protocols for clean rooms and manufacturing lines.
  • Design manufacturing and clean room systems in accordance with GMP regulations.
