Description
We're looking for a part-time
Dispatcher serving the Haverhill, New Hampshire territory. This position dispatches and assigns drivers as needed to ensure all routes are covered for the transportation of students. Informs school personnel and parents of practices. Maintains a variety of manual and electronic document files and records. Responds to inquiries from students, parents and/or staff for the purpose of providing the necessary information regarding transportation services. Schedules work assignments (field trips, band trips, etc.) to ensure the completion of transportation routes in a timely manner.


Other duties include but are not limited to: participation in meetings, in-service training and workshops; operation of a two way radio and county emergency radio; perform standard clerical duties to prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly reports; responsibility for all accident/incident reports; driving school bus.


Shift:
Monday-Friday | Morning shift: 5:30am - 8:30am
OR Afternoon shift: 2:30pm - 4:30pm.

Salary is based on experience and some benefits are offered.
