You will be responsible for
:

- accompanying and supporting residents in their daily activities, taking into account their individual needs and situational circumstances
- accompanying residents, for example during moderated meals
- promoting social contacts and community on the living area
- caring for residents both individually and in group activities


We are excited to have you because you
:

- have a qualification as an everyday companion according to -87b SGB XI (until 2016) or -53c SGB XI
- have experience in accompanying people with dementia
- have observation skills and empathy
- appreciate cooperative collaboration with other professional groups
- want to support residents in special life situations
- have an openness to digital work methods
- identify with the goals and values of Caritas and are willing
