Predator Motorsports is considered an essential business and while adhering to the CDC's Guidance pertaining to COVID-19, we have and will remain open.

We are currently looking to add a Shop Helper to our team who will support our Techs & Fabricators with keeping the Shop clean and organized.

Job Duties:

• Sweep and Mop Shop
• Assist Fabrication Department with putting away Metal Orders
• Clean Parts for Technicians
• Help Shipping to Organize Fabricated and Received Parts for Outbound Orders
• Build Custom Pallets with guidance from Shipping
• Wash Customer's Vehicles and help prepare them for transport
• Be on time
• Lend a Helping Hand to whomever may need it

Skills:

• Various tool usage (hand tools, power tools, etc.)
• A good attitude and willingness to learn new skills
• Following direction is a must
• Problemsolving skills
• Communication is key
• Physical strength is required ( able to lift 5075 LBS periodically)
• Able to stand, squat, kneel, walk periodically throughout a 10 Hour Shift.

Applicant Qualifications:

• Possess a valid Driver's License
• Must be at Least 18 years of age (insurance requirement)
• Able to work in Vista, CA

_Please note that Full-Time benefits shall include, Medical (50% of Employee Cost paid by Employer),Dental, Vision and PTO._

Schedule will be Five 8 Hour Days per week (8:00 AM-5:00 PM) Monday through Friday

Pay:
$ $20.00 per hour
