To continue growing, we are currently seeking a full-time HR Specialist with a focus on personnel administration (m/f/d) to join our team in Brookfield, IL.


Your responsibilities:


  • You will support our employees and managers in all personnelrelated matters
  • You will independently handle all administrative processes from entry to exit
  • You will be responsible for the monthly preparation and followup of payroll and will be a competent contact for all payroll matters
  • You will manage the vacation and time accounts of our employees
  • You will be the point of contact for employees, authorities, health insurance companies, and auditors
  • Because we love progress, you will have the opportunity to actively contribute to the development of HR processes
