**About the Sales Team**
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Specialty Sales Representatives with experience and relationships in **Rx Dermatology in the Raleigh, North Carolina territory** to expand the availability of accessible healthcare for our patients by reaching providers to share the value and impact of Medlys services. This is a role for a demonstrated, seasoned sales professional to use their talent to have a positive impact in the daily lives of patients. This is a highly visible position, reporting directly to the Sales Manager, responsible for meeting or exceeding sales goals for their area.

This is a highly visible position, reporting directly to the Sales Manager, responsible for growing their territory's market share, revenue, margins, and gross profit. This will be achieved with the following activities:
Partnering with Doctors, Medical Assistants, Nurses, etc.. as an industry expert to convey Medly's mission of a better pharmacy/patient experience.
Identify and develop long lasting relationships with doctors and staff to acquire new accounts and expand existing ones.
Call on Dermatology Providers
Develop and successfully implement a territory sales plan to meet patient needs, obtain defined sales goals, and increase Medly's market share.
Build strong relationships with cross functional partners internally at Medly.
Leverage relationships with local business and though leaders, as well as manufacturer counterparts, to organically grow advocates within your territory.
Evangelize the Medly vision by being a true Brand Ambassador adhering to Medly's values both in and outside the office.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
At least 3 years of outside (provider facing) medical/pharmaceutical sales experience.
At least 3 year of experience selling within a Rx focus in the Raleigh, North Carolina Area
Experience calling on Dermatology providers
Established, strong relationships with key Provider decision makers in defined territory a major plus.
Strong customer focus, demonstrated teamwork/collaboration and selling skills.
Working knowledge of pharmacy industry.
Experience using Salesforce CRM a plus.
