What can you expect?

You will be responsible for customer consultation and creating requirement profiles
You will be responsible for the further development and optimization of existing IT systems
You will develop customized solutions and create corresponding offers
You will plan the practical implementation, installation and configuration of hardware and software
You will be responsible for on-site or remote customer support (1st & 2nd level)
You will take care of maintenance work, troubleshooting, error analysis and documentation of customer infrastructure
