Description
Duties
- Print and scan construction documents including large scale drawings and specifications
- Attend and document construction meetings with project management team
- Assist new hires with filling out new hire paperwork
- Gather and prepare project submittals and shop drawings for compliance with specifications
- Gather and prepare construction closeout documentation
- Source vendor quotes as directed by project management
- Write purchase orders and release material
- Data entry
- Assist with payroll tasks
- Assist with other daily tasks as requested
