- Breaks down DevOps related feature requests into user stories for use in team and program-based agile planning.
- Emphasize and ensure the effective execution of organized sprints and agile methodologies. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to plan, prioritize, and execute sprints and releases efficiently.
- Design and architect cloud solutions that meet scalability, performance, and security requirements.
- Lead and mentor a team of cloud engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
- Actively promote DevOps Culture across the Engineering and Product teams.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
- Deep expertise building, deploying, monitoring, and scaling workloads in AWS.
- Expertise with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code including creating and maintaining modules.
- Expertise with CI/CD tooling and creating pipelines to support the full software development.
- Expertise with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Expertise in cloud security practices and compliance standards.
- Experience automating toil automating toil out of day-to-day workflows.
- Ability to communicate and document technical details.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and inspire a team.

- Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert) are highly desirable.

- 8+ years of experience in Development, DevOps, or Cloud Engineering or other relevant role
