Then we have the perfect job for you At our company, you won't just be programming anything, but our own award-winning document management system, Starke-DMS. You will learn directly from your colleagues about the program and everything that goes on in the backend and web.

What you will learn with us in theory and practice:
  • Get to know the workflows in an IT system house and how you can support your team
  • Learn about the Scrum method in practice
  • Develop new solutions, troubleshoot, maintain, and plan programming
  • Both native and web development
  • Everything about system architecture, databases, hardware, and operating systems
What we are looking for:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Good grades in math, computer science, and German
  • IT affinity and some experience in programming small applications
