This position is responsible for managing inspections and repairs with our vendor partners to ensure quality and on-time work completion.

• Prioritize, create and dispatch new work orders via work order management system
• Daily follow up with vendors regarding work orders in progress to ensure ontime completion
• Answer incoming calls from technicians and provide authorization for additional work
• Respond to client inquiries
• Manage and recruit new and existing vendors to enhance and strengthen vendor network

• Previous customer service/dispatching experience
• High level initiative and strong attention to detail
• Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Excel
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and process high volumes of work with great accuracy
• Punctual and dependable
• Previous experience in a trade industry preferred (fire, electrical, plumbing or HVAC)
